Income from tourism generated by the Samburu based tourism attraction facilities should go to improving the livelihood of the people of Samburu. In her face book update Tian Ramme wrote, -Samburu to benefit Samburu— is open and dry, resplendent with wildlife. If anyone knows of interested guests, please direct them to the camp (0717.685.966), which has a community fund for clean water, emergency drought aid, education funds, and medical care in addition to the livelihoods associated with it and no outside investor interests. Support the community!
