“Long rain season of mid-March to mid-May has not yet started and this worries the travellers what will be of the next floods like the one just happened . Ewaso Nyiro North originates from Abaderes forest and Mt. Kenya. Heavy rains there causes normal floods downstream but this time round was startling as it went way above the Archer’s Waso bridge and uplands near settlements. The long route to Moyale is still impassable at this point. Lets hope all will be well soon!”
